Hi Brad! What did the owner say about the cantina? I thought I heard her say that the unit has one but that you would have to make a door/gate to get to it, that you can't get to it from those other cantina doors. Did I understand that correctly? Is there a cantina for this unit? Also, is there another unit above this one, or does this one have access to the attic/roof area?

Very cute apt 😊 id take down that wall between kitchen and that small room and just like you said dining room there. Just to open up the space. I dont mind the smaller room for bedroom as you are not in it except for sleeping. Entertaining in the larger room as a living room ❤👍 great price. Kitchen didn't look too bad , just change the handles and maybe update tiles/back splash 👍

What a great apartment - I love that the bedrooms are one on level and a few steps up is the living and kitchen and there is even a small outdoor space! Great find!

I like the idea of wood flooring. Looks nice. As for underfloor heating. Imagine it can go under wood (without warping?) just as you can under tile perhaps?...BUT who does the underfloor heat install, the flooring people or alternate company working with the flooring company at install? Just wondering. I would hate to give up my infloor heating. It is wonderful, so I'd want to replicate wherever I end up. It's so nice to have.

Great buy for our Ozzies. Even if they don't want to rent it out, I'd still do all the works suggested by Brad to enhance their experience of Italy when they do visit.

It will be great if you can do a in depth video showing how to hire contractors, procure materials, logistics and prices will.😊

My concern are all those steps to get up to the apartment and even once you are inside there are more steps. That's OK for someone under 60 years of age but over 60 it becomes an issue. .... Especially hauling up groceries

If I remember right that north wind off the Sahara is called a scirocco. I was in Wichita in 73 and had just bought a new white Pontiac. A high wind storm came up off the Gulf across Texas and picked up a lot of your red Texas dirt and blew it high up over Wichita. It then decided to pour rain and washed the dirt down. It turned my white car completely red!😮 😂😅😂😅 Ciao!

is there a reason why these houses are being sold at these low prices ive been watching videos about houses villas and farms in italy spain and france whatis going on are these people dead or what is going on.
